Volkswagen Golf MK4 1.8turbo 20v on 139k

5 months MOT left, has had new windscreen cambelt, water pump, oil pump and fuel filter replaced 9k ago with receipts to prove this. I've replaced the clutch and done a single flywheel conversion around 2000 miles ago costing £459. Been Remapped @ Southwest in car tech pulls like a train. Apart from the map a dump valve, boost pipe and a induction kit with a cone filter, the engine is unmolested and runs spot on. Starts first time every time hot or cold.
Been dropped on FK adjustable coilovers, taken the fronts off due to too many bumps on the way to work, but I still have them. 18" 3sdm alloys with a receipt of £834 to come with it. The exhaust is a hand crafted full stainless straight through decat at 'TOP GEAR BRIDPORT' costing £550.80 with receipt. It has a mounted air vent boost gauge done professional so no bodge job and VW Bora Speedo/Clocks that work perfectly. Tinted windows, Team Heko wind deflectors and LED lighting all round. I have a folder full of paper work from 2003 upwards! Always been privately serviced and well maintained, always ran on high octane fuel none of the cheap morrisons crap and I never let the fuel go below 2nd bar.

The bad points, every motor has them so we'll start with the bad thing first.

-Needs a new MAF Sensor around £13, I've unplugged it as its faulty but it boosts a lot better without it plugged in, due to this fault the engine light has come on but doesn't change the driving in no way, if it's plugged in and you have a diagnostic kit you can wipe it and it turns off straight away! Any inspection on this is welcome, only code you'll get is MAF sensor.

-Rear bumper splitter needs a touch up spray as it has flaked in certain places.
Driver side front bumper grill will need replacing as someone stole it overnight.
Few stone chips in the bonnet but nothing major.

-Passenger Rear arch has recently had a neighbour nock into it to will need attention hence the price.


Apart from that I can't fault this car, runs mint, sounds mint and is a real head turner.
Genuine reason for sale is I have a 11month old daughter who's getting bigger and heavier so trying to put her into the back of a lowered 3 door is becoming a nightmare.
