BMW 530d M SPORT

My family is about to get a little bit bigger so I am after a direct swap for an E39 sport touring for my E39 Sport saloon

Car has had a manual conversion and had its engine changed at 140,000 and was owned by my friend who is a Captain in the British Army for the last few years It has high miles but it’s mechanically sound and In the last couple of weeks it has had the following work done .

Only faults really are the ABS pump which I suspect is incompatible since the gearbox and engine was changed to the manual configuration and the cruise control again because it’s not an automatic anymore

Bodywork shows a few sizes specs of rust after all it is a 17-year-old car on mechanically it’s extremely sound

Prefer to swap for a petrol touring E39 or possibly some other large Audi Mercedes estate again petrol ideally but I may be tempted by a quirky WHY???
