Seiko Divers Watch (SKA369P1)
Location: Northern Ireland - Greenisland
Swap Value: £200-£300
Description:
One Seiko Kinetic Prospex divers watch, featuring the classic 'Pepsi' bezel. Kinetic is a proprietary technology invented by Seiko whereby movement of the wrist, instead of winding a spring as it usually does in a traditional automatic movement, charges a rechargeable lithium battery instead. Once fully charged, Kinetic movements have a power-reserve of 6 months and, as they are still quartz regulated timekeeping, are more accurate than traditional automatic movements. An additional button is located at 2 o'clock and, when pressed, will display how much charge is left on the battery by re-positioning the second hand to a corresponding point.
This is watch is overall in very good used condition and has been worn quite sparingly. Only the metal bracelet, at points, bears any wear and these are hairline scratches noticeable only when observed under a lamp, inevitable for a metal bracelet. It is a very well built and noticeably heavy timepiece which boasts one year of the manufacturers warranty left. I am seeking a Swap for another similar diver's watch preferably for a neoprene/rubber strap, my watch was a gift and I personally prefer the rubber style of strap.
