Rover Coupe VVC

Description:

Rover Coupe 218 vvc in British racing green for sale.
Low mileage 76k with receipt for belts and waterpump replaced in 2016 at around 72000 miles.
Stacks and stacks of paperwork for this car, has been very well looked after throughout its life with regular services and parts replaced when needed, receipt for new front and rear brakes including new calipers in 2014.
Myself I have replaced the rear window trim with a brand new item from rimmers, fitted a metal throttle body to replace the plastic item and have replaced the mesh in the front bumper and replaced the plastic fins with mesh on the upper grill.
Comes with both front and rear strut braces which I have been informed gives good handling results.
Interior is half leather half cloth in a beige colour which is almost immaculate for a 20 year old car with no wear to the bolsters only a very small tear on the driver's door card about 3cm where you rest your arm.
In 2010 the car was fitted with a cat back stainless exhaust cat back system from longlife.
Roof glass bag included also.
Everything works on the car and she runs very well, starts first turn of the key and very quiet and smooth.
As with any car knocking on 2 decades there are a few points to note:

There are 3 very small rust spots around the nearside rear wheel arch each between a 5p and 10p in size although underneath is very clean with clean sills.

The roof deflectors have the torsion wires missing, was like that when I bought it but will have two new wires supplied with the car (£11 each!)

The exhaust has a very minor blow which does not effect the car but gives a bit of a whistle when pushed hard.

Also included is a motobuild rear window spoiler, it has a very small crack about 10mm long but will be supplied with the car along with a fibreglass repair kit.

I am looking for £1200 which I'm sure is the higher end price wise but with its overall good bodywork and mechanicals, long service history and stack of paperwork it's one of the better ones out there.

Also to note this car comes with two keys and fobs!!
