Audi A4 S line avant

Up for swaps is my Audi A4 avant S line in black, the car has got 134000 on the clock, not in a rush to get rid of it as it’s in use every day but just want another car. I am after an honest sale, problems with the car are;
Cluster dials flicker on/off when it’s cold (once cars warm there fine)
Passenger window is temperamental
O/S/R door doesn’t open with central locking.
Slight judder on clutch pedal.

These problems are being very picky and doesn’t affect the daily use of the vehicle but like stated I want an honest swap. Number plate does not come with the car.

I am after a Range Rover, 4x4 try me.
