19inch rage alloys done in gunmetal grey few scuffs. (Genuine Honda upgraded wheels)

Original tool kit and monkey sp**k.

If anyone knows these cars that they have a common fault, rusting on the front roof sill, the roof sill has been removed and treated and professionally resprayed.

Bad bites
Paint work needs attention car wash swirled and small scratches and rear driver arch has bigger scratch (car park no details left). see wheel picture.
The breaks pads and discs were replaced in 2020 and I’ve hardly done any miles since, but they squeaking now. Still life left on them.
Tyres are budget, loads of tread left and rears are cracking.
No service history only used local garages for things I cant do can prove other work clutch etc.
Only 1 key, Timpson's doing these Honda keys for £140 now
The inner boot lid for the extra compartment is missing, its been like that from when I bought the car its never bothered me, you can get them on eBay for £40/£50

Any questions or inspections welcome, this is a good solid rapid fun car. Had the car 8 years now, purchased the car in 2014 at 88247 miles now at 104000 miles only done 15753 miles since owner ship. 2 previous owners since me.

Since having the clutch replaced it’s like a different car it feels more responsive.
