2005 Subaru Legacy GTB

Location: East Midlands - Hathern
Swap Value: £5.000+
Model: Subaru Legacy     Year: 2005     Mileage: 210,000 miles

Description:

Quick rundown of the car. 2.0i UK shell fully converted to a Twinscroll import. Everything changed. Wiring. Interior. Drivetrain, bumper and bonnet. (I have the aluminium control arms in the garage ready to go on. I've just not got round to doing it yet.)

The car does have a few extras. BC racing coilovers all round with adjustable camber plates on the front and adjustable dampening all the way round. Complete with the dust covers so they are nice and fresh underneath.

6 speed conversion using the Spec B gearbox form a 3.0 H6 donor car. Bolted right up with correct crossmember and correct rear diff. New driveshaft and propshaft seals. (Passenger side driveshaft seal needs doing but I have it). For the swap it has got an exedy clutch and lightweight flywheel along with H6 starter.

HEL braided brake lines all around and new retaining clips.

The engine is (will be) forged using sti 8 rods and sti 7 pistons. Bored and decked block and fully rebuilt twinscroll heads. Also skimmed. New OEM headgaskets, new water pump, new oil pump, all new gaskets and seals for the entire block. ACL race bearings and new OEM ring pack.

Brand new Mamba TD04-HLA-20T turbo. New gaskets and new feed line with Hayward and Scott decat downpipe and 2nd cat delete. With a fully custom Deutschtech cat back. 2 powerflow silencers and all in 3 inch stainless. (Cost best part of £1000 for that alone)

Another couple of extras the car has HKS turbo timer. Boost gauge, COBB short-throw shifter, and a Parrot hands-free kit. I've probably missed loads about the car but anyway. Any questions then drop me a PM. Car is available at any point really. It just depends on how much of a project you want. I will continue to keep doing bits to it anyway. The engine I would like to get in and broken in properly before I sell it but if you want to get it before then. Fair enough. No warranty on the engine either as I've built it myself.

The car doesn't have any rust but does need front bumper repair and also paint along with the bonnet. It's a daily so it's going to have scratches and dings as they all do. Milage is a bit of a weird one. Cluster says 226k miles. But the shell has done 150k. Gearbox 170k and the new engine will obviously be whatever it is when it's sold.

No fixed price. Open to any offer really. The worst thing I'll say is no so shoot your shot
