Lexus IS 200 auto swap diesel

Looking to swap my Lexus is200 2.0 petrol 6 cylinder rear wheel drive auto for a diesel it has mot TIL March 2019 runs and drives with no issues no lights on dash just had rear tyres and front and rear brake pads top spec with electric windows and mirrors,6 disc cd charger,electric adjusting heated half leather seats,air con,climate control ,16 alloys,headlight washers looking to swap for a diesel body is in average condition for age both bumper have quiet a few marks as in pic and 1 wing has small dent
