Ford Focus 2005 1.6 spares repairs

Ford Focus 1.6 petrol 2005 has been standing for around 3 years so has no mot was all ok when was parked up although now the car won't recognise its own key and needs reprogramming so selling as spares or repairs as does not start due to the ecu not being happy with the key it won't allow the immobiliser to de activate dent in drivers door and a small dink in pasenger wing other than that the car is immaculate inside out very well looked after all good tyres brand new spare it was owned by a elderly gentleman I only have green slip as awaiting log book also 1 key ( witch won't start the car ) for any more info pls ask
