Last owner for 10 years then me for the last 2

I have owned this car for 2 years now and has never let me down

Oil and filter change
Fuel filter change
Front and rear disc and pads
New rear caliper
Rear links
3 out 4 wheel bearings
2 new tyre 2 months ago
2 new tyres 6 months ago

Some service history but I am a motor mechanic do the last 2 years I have worked on it myself but have invoices to prove what has been replaced

Front lights tinted
Back box delete to 3.5inch tail pipe
K and N kone filter
Tinted windows

Some slight bad bits
Auxiliary belt tensioner started knocking few days ago
