S Class for Swap - WHY

Good running car, extremely comfortable automatic. Ton of space in back seats with screens in headrests. Good tyres all round in fact front two are new premium brand tyres. Car has run out of Mot. Needs back pads and handbrake sorting. Engine and gearbox run well. However body has rust patches on front arches and other areas as well as a few dings. Been used as long distance commute from NE to Hampshire weekly but now just been sitting recently. Drivers window actuator just gone so window does not work anymore.
