I want to swap my HP desktop pc and PS4 Pro plus cash for anything but would prefer a gaming PC or laptop. I can add cash on top. Must be minimum of able to run at 60fps at 1080p but 4k preferred.
PC will be used for online league racing so high spec required.

PC is 2 years old, mouse and keyboard included
PS4 PRO was bought last year
