Fabia vrs swaps for van

Hi up for swaps is my fabia vrs
I’ve started doing upvc painting so I’m after a small van. Astra van, berlingo, combo etc.....
The car has 125k but will rise as in daily use
I’ll put 12 mot on it.
The body work needs tlc. Bonnet, boot and back bumper need painting
The car mechanically is sound and runs really nice
It’s lowered all round

Turbo back exhaust sounds nice for a diesel
Car has been mapped so very nippy no proof of power but I’d say it’s running around the 180 mark.
