It’s an N14 1.6 turbo 175 bhp, 112k it will barely go up like I said it doesn’t really get used, MOT until January 2020. I’ve owned the car 7 months, in the 7 months of owning it it’s had a lot of money spent on it on modifying it and also replacing factory parts.

On a cold start it idles a bit funny, the revs drop up and down between 650rpm to about 850rpm and with the how loud the exhaust is, it is noticeable but once driven it idles perfectly fine. Been told this could be down to needing the thermostat housing replaced.
I bought the car from MJR mini specialist in Telford, I have full service history, tonnes of receipts, and it also has the revised tensioner before I bought it on 106k.

** I have the standard cat and standard exhaust to go with the car as it currently has a back box delete & a decat and it is loud, I also have the rear seats!**

It’s had new throttle body, new waste gate and turbo actuator, new boost pipes, pvc delete and oil catch can fitted, new intake pipe, new aux water pump, aux belt and both tensioners etc there is loads to list.

It had a decoke done in February by Lohen Mini & an engine health check.

The EML is on due to decat, I have standard cat too, and there is a code that comes up for o2 sensor due to decat as well and stage 2 fan which I believe is down to a resistor. Does not effect the drive of the car at all.

Mods are as followed:
- H&R lowering springs (brand new on the car when I purchased it)
- Eibach front & rear anti roll bars
- Direnza decat (it is loud)
- Back box delete with 3” slash cut tips
- 17” MG ZR Wheels, black with good tyres
-GFB diverter valve
- Rear seat delete with false floor (carpeted)
- Oil catch can
- Tinted lights, sun strip etc
- Decoke by Lohen Mini
There is probably more I’ve missed!

Bad points:
- Rough idle when first started (Thermostat Housing)
- Stage 1 clutch sometimes sounds like it’s slipping but I’ve been told it could just need bleeding.

This car is very clean for the mileage and the year, I do love this car and it is a lovely car to drive or would ideally make a good project.
