BMW 118D Sport - Spares or Repair

Will sell or swap for something of similar value with decent MOT on it.

BMW 118D Sport - 05 plate (So NO timing chain issues like the 07+ models have).

Only 103k miles

Reason for price / spares/repair is I put it in for an MOT and was advised it needed the following to pass:

New rear subframe (current is rusted beyond repair)
Both rear disc brakes
ABS Sensor

I simply cannot afford to replace the subframe right now hence why I have to cut my losses. There is a few for sale on eBay. Brand new one at £120 posted or 2nd hand one that the seller said he can ship for £100 (to highlands so usually more expensive). The 2nd hand one is best as it has all the additional parts attached and with it making it a much easier swap.

So I reckon this car can be a bargain for the right person. Ie access to your own gear / mate that does. Garage quoted me roughly £700 that I cannot afford.

The car is otherwise solid, the engine, gearbox and clutch are all spot on, no issues. Car can absolutely be seen running and driven.

Excuse the interior, I have 3 young kids and not had the means to clean it with it SORN'd / no MOT. The seats could do with a wet vac*

Push start engine, chain driven so no belt changes, all electronics work as they should, 2 keys and full service history.

I think the price is fair for the Sport model and low mileage. Just needs the right buyer that can do the work themselves. Easily sell for £1800+ MOT'd.
