Mk4 escsort van (fully restored)

Here I have my custom mk4 escort van it’s been fully restored for 6 years now. In Those years it’s only covered 2000 miles.. (show purposes) I must admit in the time I’ve owned it I’ve never put a spanner to it it’s bin the case of fuel and go. It’s a very reluctant sale but needs must with that said I’m more than happy to keep paying storage untill the right price comes along... the van it’s self has featured in two magazines and gets good comments at every show.


2.1 zvh on twin 45s

2.0 st170 bottom end fully rebuilt buy rudge motorsports, with new Conrods, pistons and bearings.

Rs1600i head ported & polished and gas flowed. That’s also had new hydraulic lifters, new piper cam kit with vernier pulley finished with the rs1600i motorsport rocker cover.

Brand new twin 45s brought from Aldon Motorsportive costing £1700 alone then further set up by themselves along with all clearances checked and timing. This also featured in one of there magazines called practical performance (magazine to prove).

Custom made gearbox with different gear ratio from a few other cars not 100% on the exact gear ratio but wouldn’t be hard to trace up.

Custom made alloy header tank.

Chrome brake servo cover.

Custom made power flow exhaust system from manifold back.

Exterior:

Drilled and grooved discs with green stuff pads

16” ford soft lines freshly powder coated, wrapped in continentals all round.

89 spec turbo front bumper.

89 spec turbo bonnet.

Privacy glass.

Canary yellow Flipped axel on adjustable gaz shocks

Original brake lines.

Canary yellow anti roll bar

Cadbury’s purple petrol tank

Full polly bush kit from front to back

88 spec half leather recaros front seats with white piping

89 spec leather door cards with white stitching

89 spec clocks

89 spec dashboard

RS turbo steering wheel

Fully carpeted out in the rear.

This van has never seen a welder what so ever it’s a very mint example pictures certainly don’t do it justice. No money has been speared in any area!! As you can see the floor is as mint as the body. Very rare to see the road unless it’s been dry for days
