Project camper.

started to convert into a camper for biking but un able to finish as don’t have the time, van has been insulated using vapour barrier and 25mm kingspan, fully lined with 6mm ply wood, have made a unit with a cooker and fridge and sink, plumbing isn’t done in the va do nothing is plumbed up, no side windows in the van, the height from the van floor to the timber for the bed is 1200, the timber is not screwed in place as we slide them all back to load bikes up, sofa in the front of the van pulls out into another bed and we use the seat foam on the bed, height from the foam on the top bed to the roof is 700mm ( I think ) partner is 6ft 3 and 18 stone and has happily slept up there.
Fully working electrics with 240 hook up and 12V hook up.

it drives brilliantly but can be a pig to start so I have added a button onto the dash board that keeps the glow plugs on longer, it has a slight air leak but have been told it is the T peice on top of the diesel filter, being told this is a common fault and to change it for a free lander diesel filter.
