1998 SUBARU IMPREZA WR WORLD RALLY

Description:

Very rare chance to own a WR Sport with only roughly 100 of these in existence these are very hard to come by and on average between 1997 and 2000 they made roughly 25 cars per year
The WR Sport was the same book price when new as the P1 and both where on the market for £30,000 new so these weren't cheap cars at the time and these where one of the most expensive models Subaru produced
With only 86k genuine miles on the clock it has been kept a low mileage example backed up with extensive service history with stacks of paperwork two keys all original Subaru manuals the original sales brochures and even a 1997 magazine featuring the WR that all come included with the car
The car has never had any paint and all panels are original and all original paint work
With this car WR being so rare you have the chance to own a piece of Subaru history that not only many other people will own and something you will hardly ever see on the road so completely unique to yourself and also a great investment because as time goes on this will only increase in value at a rate faster than your bank will pay interest
The car its self is running perfect with no issues obviously with it being the Pro drive edition it comes with a lot of extras including the short shift gearbox, uprated ecu, limited edition electric pro drive Recaro interior, electric sunroof plus so much more the car has had a couple of subtle mods including a Bailey dump valve and re-map with dyno print out for 265.1bhp
The body work is all completely standard including the Pro drive trim and also the pro drive alloy wheels fitted but again there are quiet a few extras fitted
The clutch and gearbox feel very good and the clutch and fly wheel have been recently replaced and have not covered a lot of miles since being fitted
Body work is clean and presentable and has never had paint but there are a couple of small bubbles on the rear arches one on each to be exact but other than this for a 21 year old car she stands very well and turns heads where ever you may be
Remember these where the same book price as the P1 new £30,000 as a standard turbo 2000 was only £19,000 but the P1 there where 1000's made but these only roughly 100 so rarer than the P1 by quiet some margin
It really is a rare example and needs to be seen to be appreciated and a rare chance to own a small piece of Subaru history and a car that the chances are none of your friends have ever owned one
A great centre piece for conversation
