Audi a3 2L fsi 2004

Hi I have my audi a3 2L fsi 2004,
I have no log book only green slip, there is 2 problems, it needs a new gear link for gear 5 and sometimes doesn't like going into gear 4 but drives very nice in 1st 2nd 3rd then I normally go into 6th as it's a fast car and can handle it, also power steering sometimes stops but rarely, it comes back on if you turn it off and wait a couple of minutes, the car is 160bhp and can be push to alot more it's a fearly fast car, it has a little few minor scratches on alloys and body but very minor and slight dent in bonnet but nothing major I want to swap for another car or part exchange it has a years mot on it thanks
