Genuine reason for sale!

I no longer need a big car for long journeys as my circumstances have changed. I have a local job which doesn’t require lots of motorway mileage. I simply need a smaller car. I’m open to swaps or p/x with cash my way for anything small. This includes fiesta, ds3, Clio and what ever you may have that’s small.

This car has served me well and you wouldn’t be disappointed. The car is old! But its simply in good condition for its age and mileage.

So I have stacks of receipts for the work that has been carried out but most recently I can tell you what it’s had. New brake pads front and Rear, new front discs, new rear suspension. New abs sensor on the osf. This broke when I had the discs replaced. Recent service. The engine was hydro cleaned 1 year ago for maintenance purposes, I had the car re mapped by Amtuning.co.uk for better economy. When being driven sensibly it can be between 45-50mpg. Not bad for a 2.2 and an old girl.
Mechanically no issues other than the bottom pulley disintegrating, this is actually a common thing for this model of engine. This has been replaced about 7/8 months ago.

I’ll state the obvious which I have already listed above.
It has the following
Loads of paperwork, proving all work.
Service history every year.
All Honda paperwork including radio code and nav disc
2 keys
Led headlights
Satnav
Reversing camera
Parking sensors front and rear
Panoramic roof
Tinted rear windows (genuine)
Wing mirrors fold in when parked at the push of a button.
Premium sound system inc std subwoofer under passenger seat.
Phone connectivity & steering wheel controls
Front heated seats
Powered drivers seat
New Front discs and pads
New rear pads
New rear suspension. (I have pics of the old ones) no issues just didn’t look the like of them.

Honda recalled and carried out works on the front airbags. Health check was also done.

Now this car isn’t perfect but it was to a point, the only thing that grates me is that one day, I drove past a caravan site and a kid threw a rock at my car. It hit the osf wing by the wing mirror, you may see it on pic. Before then it had minor bruises. Now for all the little dents inc the one on the wing, I had a quote of £120 to get them all out using the paintless dent removal technology.
When I was cleaning the car a week ago to put it up for sale, the jet wash took the laquer off in 2 places on the osr door. I have put some laquer on it but it will need to be done again.

Hopefully, it will show that the time I have taken to write this is that I have looked after this car which should give anyone the confidence in getting a real bargain of a car.

Yes it has high mileage, obviously that being many peoples turn offs. However, look at it like this, the car has high mileage which means that any work that needed to be done has been done already. The likelihood of having to do this work in the next 100,000 miles is very slim. if anything at all. Mechanically sound, pulls well in every gear, clutch very good as you would expect.
