Fabia vrs swap for small van

Just testing the water to see what people have... looking for a caddy van as I’m into downhill biking and would love to travel round the uk to different trails

•custom narco ReMap 248bhp&430ft
•hybrid turbo only done 2000 miles
•seat sport front mount intercooler with hardpipe kit
•straight through exhaust
•Stance + coil overs
•Octavia spider wheels with tyres that have only been on about a month so loads of tread on them
• discs and pads all round only done about 1000 miles
•both rear hubs changed at the same time as pads
•Ibiza Cupra seats
•11 months mot and did all the service bits when it got done, empty and refil oil, filters all been changed ext
• plate HA04 BYE is not included
Not in any rush as I love the car and not had any problems since I’ve had it, just wondering what’s out there
