Car comes with service history and 9 stamps in the service book.

The invoices for all the parts I have fitted will also come with the car.

MOT until July 2021

Selling as a running and driving project.

Since owning the car I have carried out a lot of work to get this car back to a good standard.

The engine has been removed and had quite a list of things replaced by myself.

These are :-

Timing belt, tensioner and water pump (NEW)

Dual mass flywheel, clutch kit and slave cylinder (NEW)

Reconditioned and uprated turbo (NEW)

Stainless steel uprated exhaust downpipe (NEW)

Power steering cooler/return pipe (NEW)

Thermostat, aux belt and rocker cover gasket (NEW)

Service and spark plugs (NEW)

Dipstick tube (NEW)

Drivers rear brake caliper (NEW)

Both rear suspension coil springs (NEW)

Both front lower wishbones have been painted and poly bushed (NEW)

Both front lower ball joints (NEW)

Replacement power steering pump (USED)

Wheels have been painted grey myself (Not a pro job by any means)

Fresh coolant, oil, power steering fluid and gearbox oil.

Recent air con regas.

When I bought the car it had a terrible hole in the roof which leaked water into the car.

I have completely removed all the interior and carpets and dried out any signs of water.

I have replaced the roof with another found on eBay and it doesn’t leak at all now.

Now to the bad points and every car has them :-

Instrument panel in the dash clocks has pixels missing.

Radio is missing as it was causing a battery drain so I removed it.

Exhaust has a slight blow (sounds like the centre section) but goes once car is warmed up.

Rear diff haldex needs servicing (oil and filter change) as when turning you can feel and hear a slight groan coming from it.

Slight oil leak coming from up the back of the engine, only very slight.

Had car on the ramp to check this a few times and I’m struggling to see where its coming from.

Bodywork isn’t the best.

It has a large scratch running down the passenger side from the rear quarter to the wing.

I have a replacement passenger door and front wing in the correct colour that will come with the sale of the car.

Front bumper has paint and laquer peel in spots.

Drivers side rear quarter has a small ding on the arch line.

Headlight washers don’t work but I have a set with the piping to go with the sale of this car.

Passenger front alloy needs another coat of paint as I ran out whilst refurbing them. I now have a fresh can that will also come with the car.

All in all this has the potential to be a very good car for someone.

I highly doubt you will find one that has the mechanical work this one has had done recently.

Please remember this is a 20 year old car and is far from perfect.
