Clarkes clout hydraulic brakes.
Cranks and pedals and bb new.
Single front oval chainring.
9 speed shimano cassette,derailleur shifter and chain. Couple hundred miles on that only part not new.
Dropper post with trigger on bars.
I will need to start using it as of tomorrow for work.

Ideally swap for a 29er small/medium framed.
