Dodge Challenger SRT8 First Edition originally from Chicago. She’s one of the original first edition models of the new range Challenger built in 2008. Number 886 of only 6,400 made. She comes fully loaded including the optional sunroof of which I am told is rather rare for First Edition models. Fitted with the original entertainment system including the optional sub woofer in the boot.
Performance specs include the original 6.1 Hemi V8 lump producing over 400bhp and it sounds astonishing with an X pipe fitted in place of the centre mufflers, she roars. Large 4 pot Brembo callipers on all 4 corners as well as the original Bilstein suspension all round. 1/4, 1/8 mile drag timers built into the instrument panel as well as G Meters and stopping distance.
I’ve owned this car for nearly 3 years and it’s now time to move on and let someone else experience how special she is.
It has been wrapped in Hellcat Green previously and has a beautiful Satin Black wrap on the bonnet. She really stands out! Originally gloss black the paint work beneath has been protected well. (Previous pictures are available)
She’s a real stand out head turner of a car that has been a pleasure to own and visit various car shows with. At 72,000 miles she’s barely worn in for her age, fitted with brand new front tyres and a spare rear will also be supplied.
