mileage may seem high but don't be put off have seen fabias with less mileage be a million times rougher then this
car has wanted for nothing loads of receipts

stage 1 remap 170ish popcorn limiter etc(don't like revving it that high)
very good on fuel 50+mpg in summer

had new cambelt at 162k then when i got it at 200k i had new clutch with duel mass flywheel and cambelt waterpump done have proof but need to find this. i will before swap or sale to but new owners mind at ease, mileage will increase as in daily use for work etc

Front end of car in like new underneath due to parts that have been changed drives very well no issues what so ever engine is quite for a pd
2 years ago had a full respray due to sorting rust issues out if any one knows of fabias there very prone to rust !!!!!!
underneath was shot blasted then undersealed to help stop it coming back which has worked well :)
car needs to be seen in person as this is truly a well kept fabia
is in owners club vrsreds group and is featured often in it due to how clean it is. not a single door ding or mark, car has to be seen in person.

not much else to say, anything car has needed i have done due to ocd like car perfect :) check last mot only advisory was front pads and discs wearing still plenty of meat but will be done in summer with oil change
