5 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE NEAR MALAGA

bought this house couple of years ago and was living there till brexshit happened! Located in the beautiful mountain town of villanueva del trabuco, 20 mins from beaches.
Very large home. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and huge patio with utility area also. My current configuration for the bedrooms is 1. Downstairs bedroom is a workshop with bench and tools, 2. Next bedroom top of stairs is the music room (decks and guitars), 3. Next bedroom is the gym and a very spacious double room. Then 2 more bedrooms 4. and 5. as actual bedrooms with beds in the lot!. all new electrics inside, has patio with large open fire.. 2 mins from a huge town square full of bars and cafes etc. All amenities on the doorstep (schools, post office, town hall, police station etc) had big plans but our departure from the EU means it can only be a holiday (for me at least). Paid 70,000€ all in with taxes and new electrics and decorated etc. Needs decorating again due to electrics being fitted afterwards, I didnt think it through properly. I am looking to swap with somebody elses holiday home in the form of a canal boat here in uk. Straight swap! Value of house is approx around 80000 euros. I own it outright and have all paperwork in my name and registered to me with my spanish NIE (foreigners national insurance number). I am willing to take a boat of slightly lower value between 60 to 80 thousand euros but really just testing the water here first to see what I get offered. All offers and swaps considered also. I dont have many pictures at moment of interior as they're on my laptop in storage but will sort them soon.
