1992 1.3 Daihatsu Charade, Japanese import.
Not long had the car, but it's just not for me. Body work isn't the greatest, red is faded slightly in some places, especially the boot. Borbet deep dish wheels,
which look really good on the car and cost quite a bit of money. Mechanically the car is perfect, no issues, no warning lights, 33K genuine miles from new. Absolutely immaculate interior, not a single scuff anywhere. 3 speed auto changes gear perfectly and engine runs and drives very well. It is very slow, that's something to be expected I suppose with 89bhp and 3 very long gears. Slight rust on a couple arches but nothing too major. Booked in next week for a custom angled backbox, just to improve the looks from the back and add a bit of sound. Despite it being so slow the car is very light, would make a great track car with an engine swap etc. Weighing only 800kg! More than happy to keep the car, just seeing what I get offered
