Reluctant sale as need a van so px poss?

Not remapped or played with!!!
Only two former owners
March 2021 it had the following work with receipts to prove.
Oil level sensor
X6 new glow plugs
Rear pads and warning wires
Both Thermostats {main and EGR}
Crank case breather valve
New cast iron exhaust manifold inc bolts, studs and gaskets
Swirl flaps removed and blanked

April 2021 it had the following work with receipts to prove.
New boot strut spring

July 2021 it had the following work with receipts to prove.
Both front calliper springs
Both front drop links
Both front ARB bushes
Both front shocks, springs and top mounts
New starter motor (boash)
Full gearbox service
BMW recall and health check (Falmouth)

October 2022 it had the following work with receipts to prove.
Front brake discs and pads inc wear wire
Front and rear window rubbers

July 2022
Both rear tyres replaced

August 2022 it had the following work with receipts to prove.
Crank pully replaced bolts and belts

It has also had but no receipts found
Reconditioned Logic 7 amp (amazing sound)
brand new upgraded Battery and coded in the last 12 months

Car also comes with a detachable tow hitch all electrics in boot hidden behind plastic cover on bumper no signs of use

Has just had service and re-gas on aircon works perfect

Full service history up to 94,352 miles then maintained in house

2 keys and 1 valet key

Only slight down side.
Sunroof has been very neatly sealed shut as it was leaking and I didn't want to entertain BMW for a piece of rubber but can easily be un sealed and new seal fitter if it was to bother you.
Scuff on passenger side rear bumper (shown in pic) also the odd car park ding

No knocks or bangs overall for a 19 year old car its low mileage well looked after, NOT show room condition but a nice car
