Metro 1.4 diesel

Description:

My rover metro 1.4 diesel
Bought earlier this year for a bit of fun.
Had a new rear radius arm
Has a new rear subframe
Put mot on it
Mot'd until July 2023

Bad points
Passenger door slightly dented
Passenger wing slightly pushed in causing gap at bottom of ring and door.
I have a spare wing and door but they would need painting.

Alternator belt squeels when first started.

Head gasket had gone at some point in its past as there is risidual oil in header tank. No idea how to clean it up. I've done 400 miles since it's mot and hasn't overheated once of lost waster or oil. Dipstick is clean aswell as oil filler cap.

Swaps only as I now fancy a 125cc motorbike.

Clean the coolant and fix the little niggly bits and you will have a top little classic.
