BMW E60 520d 2007

M Suspension, M body trims etc

The engine has been swapped with a 525d but this has NOT been registered so the car is still down as a 2.0d

DPF Removed, EGR Removed from ECU, Swirl flaps blanked and removed of the ECU

In the past year the cars had the following,

X2 Front Shockers
X2 Front Track rod ends
X1 Steering link arm O/S
X4 Front Lower arms
X2 Front top mounts (after the bad weather there now creeking again)
X2 Front wheel bearings
Front disc and pads
Rear disc and pads
Rear Rose Bush O/S/R

Recent 4 wheel Alignment carried out

Recently brand new tow bar fitted, Westfelia Inc the 7pin electrics wired into a relay box Inc bleeper for indicators

Upgraded Steering wheel, from Elite Custom Steering wheels with the M Sport stitching and Carbon fascia

Android Head Unit, works great for Maps, YouTube, Dodgy TV apps etc, working Reverse camera inc interference box

Black leather interior, electric recline and up/down, black headlining etc, Aluminum finished dash trims, one key, cruise control, auto lights, auto wipers

6 Speed Auto transmission, fully serviced approx 20,000miles ago inc Genuine ZF Seals, thermostat MOD also done to warm the box up correctly so it doesn't stay in 'warm up mode constantly'

LED headlights

LED Number plate lamps

Crank pulley, Guide Pulleys and Tensioner Inc Aux belt replaced

1X Injector replaced on #1 Cylinder

Intake Seals, rocker cover gasket, injector seals, cast iron manifold, X6 Glow Plugs, Glow plug relay, exhaust flexi, Air flow meter, boost pressure sensor, X2 engine thermostats replaced, injector pipe seals

X4 Tyres, Good Years on the front and Dunlops on the rear still plenty of life left in them

Rear of the cars lowered 35mm

15mm Spacers on the front
20mm Spacers on the rear

Regularly Serviced in my possession, the cars been up and down the country countless times without any problems

Bad parts,

Oil leak from the turbo return pipe, I do have a new pipe I just haven't bothered to fit it

Squeel from the exhaust manifold, the gaskets want replacing or doubling up, I strongly suspect this is due to a poorly made manifold, this faults only occurred since replacing the manifold with a cast iron manifold and going by reviews etc some manifolds aren't made to a high standard

Injector 3 is bringing the EML on

The body work isn't 100% minor marks to bumpers, sill trim is missing on the N/S of the car and the N/S Door is damaged and minor damage to the rear quarter which isn't as obvious as you'd expect

Private reg isn't included, YH07 MVY is the original reg current reg is P888 LFF if you want to check MOT history out

I'll also included a BMW Carly Adapter to play about with the coding etc

The original mileage is 270,000 plus miles, the clocks I presume have been changed and the car currently shows 167,000 after the engine swap

Air con doesn't work, new condenser needed

Both front top mounts have started to creek after the bad weather we've had recently

MOT is due 14 - 3 - 2023

The time has come to part with the car, after countless hours and money spent on the car I've lost interest and want to focus my time on sourcing a small van to carry out a camper van conversion.
