As you can see from above it has had a lot of general Maintenance work completed to make sure it’s running well & healthy. It Pulls very well & performs just as you would expect it to.
It is by no means a show truck but it is a very well maintained and is in great condition for its age. No Rust to speak of other than some blisters on the doors, but it is minimal.
4WD modes all work and operate as they should. It has the buttons to stiffen or soften the suspension- Again working as they should.

The tailgate window operates off the key as it has stopped working via the button located inside.

The interior is overall in good condition, the only point to note would be the Recaros that have seen slightly better days. The driver side bolster is worn and has had a DIY repair so that it is still comfortable to sit on- Very Comfortable BTW. It was on my To-Do List but unfortunately I haven’t had the chance to get it looked at.

Hard to find good solid examples these days, super capable & reliable piece of 90’s Engineering. By far the best engine to get in these Surfs & a great spec to match. Impressive to think it’s manufactured in the 90’s! These things are bulletproof as long as you stay on top of the general maintenance.

Contemplating a sale as I don’t get much use out of it and it’s a shame to just have it sitting around.
May consider a px/swap for something interesting.
