VW Corrado 1.8 16v 1990

Needing to sell my corrado before the end of march due to job constraints and lack of space to keep it, Mechanically its sound and drives amazingly, reliable enough for a daily
runner and the only issues being cosmetic. I'll do a run down of the good and bad bits about it.
Pros -
Brand new battery
Brand new rear tyres and front tyres are still in good nick, plenty of tread
Next to no rust on the chassis
Aftermarket exhaust fitted, sounds amazing
Slightly lowered, suits it very well
OEM steering wheel and rims
Cons-
Mainly cosmetic and age related issues
Flaking of the paint on the front and rear bumpers
Interior vinyl has warped due from sunlight
Idle control valve was replaced to fix a defect, however after a while of driving it does idle at just under 2k rpm, no real problems, just a bit noisier than usual
Drivers side window stuck in the up position
