BMW e90 3 series 320i 08 plate

Clean inside and out few age related marks only problem is the oil stem seals have perished so won’t pass it’s mot not in a rush to get rid if I get some time I will change them myself just wanted to see what people offer theses days. I’m interested in a motorcycle over 600cc tourer preferably or a van transit im open to what ever I can only say yes or no. Many thanks
