Want to swap for smaller campervan
Location: South East England - Uckfield
Swap Value: £5.000+
Description:
Spacious converted campervan. DVLA registered. Drivable on standard licence.
Hello, I have a converted 1989 ford transit that I want to swap for a mwb or smaller campervan. The van is nearly finished, would suit someone handy who could finish the last little jobs. My campervan would be better suited to someone looking to live full time in or go off grid with. Ive realised that I only really have the time now to use it for the odd camping trip out so would rather have a smaller campervan that I could use as a run around as well. The make of my camper is a 1989 ford transit Dormobile, it drives really nice and never fails to start with it's bomb proof engine. It is registered with the DVLA as a campervan. The insurance is cheap and soon the vehicle will be classified as a classic so will not need tax anymore. The registration is F627GKM if you want to see history on GOV.
My campervan comes with a solar panel installed, has a solar controller and an inverter. There are outlets located near the sofa and one in the kitchen.
The van is insulated with closed cell foam.
The bed is a platform so there is plenty of storage space underneath. There are 3 large over bed cabinets with lots of storage.
The sofa seat Infront of the bed is comfortable and has been professionally bolted through the floor and has seatbelts totalling 3 belted seats in the van. The sofa also folds out into a second bed with a foot stall that goes Infront to make the end of the bed with.
The tap is removable and rechargeable, due to the set up in the kitchen I've never had any hassle of water leaks. There are two ventilators that bring in fresh air, the van always smells fresh and clean. The bed is a queen size and is very comfortable.
The last jobs that need doing are there are two 12v outlets on the ceiling, leaving options for more usb outlets or fans. The toilet room needs inside walls and a door fitted, b and q cut these to size I just haven't got round to doing that part yet. And lastly the front of the cab needs dark varnish and going over with a waterproof coat for the final pieces of cladding that have been put in.
If you are interested in a swap feel free to message me on my phone 07925 541137, thank you.
