HERBIE he is a 1969 H reg 1300cc bought as a project for me and disabled son includes a brand new set of stainless headlight eye brows Full set of brand new chrome dome hub caps brand new round chrome mirrors set of new old stock super rare towel rail bumpers same as Herbie full Herbie decal set custom made evan got herbie style number 53 valve caps 1969 flat screen version needs having welding in spare wheel well and a couple of other places in wheel arch had lots of welding done costing over £1000 and is fully undersealed so is pretty solid drivers seat and rear seat back arnt great but has brand new black/grey seat covers fitted full set of brand new still in packaging grey tailored carpets inc rear arch and rear luggage carpets and stainless sill covers and 2 custom made 53 Herbie floor matts body is pretty good no rot or holes horn need looking at the sidelights headlights main beam/dip beam taillights brake lights hazard lights indicators wipers washers all work has had a new 1300 twin port engine fitted some time ago starts ok runs well carb cleaned new gaskets fitted good battery full set of Toyo tyers some paperwork with it had lowered front suspension beam tax mot exempt all that been said well worth doing it is a very good start for someone looking to make a nice classic beetle but starts and runs ok needs a new ignition barrel best offer may buy him these are fetching good money now been a 1960s beetle once it’s been sorted if I have it any length of time jobs will slowly get done price will go up according to work/parts done if complete will significantly be more to value got up this morning 3/6/23 and my disabled lad has started brush painting it white and to be fair doesn't look that bad not the plan but funny so let him carry on up to you if you leave or get it repainted but if you stand back it actually looks ok but not like a professional spray job though but with a bit of a rub down would repaint easily still he’s having fun which was the point anyway listed as project due to breaks need sorting out and inside still needs some tidying up bit
