Cbr1000f 1989 swap for 125 bike

I have a CBR1000f, 1989. Been off road for 8 years so will be swapped as a project. Has been running in the last 12 months. Quite rough around the edges due to age, I no longer use this bike. Looking to swap for a road legal 125 as my brother is due to do his CBT shortly. I have a trailer and am happy to do the drop off and collection and possibly put some extra money for the right bike.
