This Polo is FULLY ULEZ COMPLIANT IN SCOTLAND & ENGLAND.
Because it's the SE model it has a couple of extra non-standard features such as air-conditioning, heated wing-mirrors, 12v power sockets front and back and full climate recirculation, all of which are in full working order.
The stereo connectivity is through an AUX input, if you have an iPhone I have a lightning to 3.5mm adapter which I'd be happy to include. The stereo itself sounds great and is plenty loud enough, comfortable to listen to at motorway speeds. The CD player works a treat too, though admittedly I don't use it all that often.
As for road noise, there is a limited amount as it is more of a city car however I've spent most of my time with the car doing motorway miles to & from work and honestly it has never bothered me.
The 1.4 engine is nippy and the 5 speed box rows through the gears well, it's a well put together car with plenty of space and hasn't let me down. It has a full service history through Arnold Clark and ticked over 100,000 miles quite happily.
Thankfully throughout my ownership the car has been kept in a garage overnight saving it from the elements. The alloys look good and the tires have plenty of tread left on them. As seen in the photos too the spare tire and associated tools are included in the boot.
Would make for a nice first car, tax is cheap, it's fantastic on petrol (I regularly get between 40 & 45MPG) and has a 5 star Euro NCAP safety rating. I'll be gutted to let it go really but I'm into my cars and I can't justify owning three, hence the sale.
Motorway and CarWow etc are offering £3,000 so looking to swap for something a little older or a bit more exciting. ST150s etc. Has been a reliable wee motor to get me from A to B but I'm honestly just bored of it. Get in touch with whatever, worst I can say is no.
