1969 El Camino

Description:

1969 El Camino with a 327ci SBC (5.4l) and th350 automatic gearbox.

It was imported in 2018 by the owner previous to me from California, as such it's remarkably rust free.

The engine has an Edelbrock carb and intake fitted and has had a straight through exhaust fitted, currently with zero silencers but I'm looking to add a pair in soon.

The paint and body are scruffy but it's solid, it was repainted in the 80s and has had to endure California sun which gives it the look it has now.

Interior is generally tidy but there's room for improvement for sure.

I've driven this truck quite often since I've had it, always been reliable but it does leak from a few places... I have got a full gasket set for the engine and a full front suspension rebuild kit to go on.

Power steering and power drum brakes make it very easy to drive and it's not even terrible on fuel, I got 19mpg on a 350 mile weekend round trip.

Preferably looking at a px with something interesting plus about £2000 my way. I like all sorts so try me with anything!
