Lots of the hard jobs have been done on this including new brake lines, steering knuckle ball joints, recon fuel pressure regulator, new intercooler, oil pump bolt, headliner refurb etc....
I have regularly serviced this vehicle myself, I have not kept a nerdy record of doing so, but being my daily driver it has been in my interest to look after this, so you will have to take my word on that one.
It had a new clutch kit DMF & spigot bush professionally fitted in 2017, I have the receipt.
Every year I crawl underneath & paint the chassis with used engine oil, controversial, but that's what I do. This has so far this has helped kept the rust at bay, save from a small playing card size patch on the last MOT, it is due another coat now but I have left it in its natural state so the buyer can see what's what. Chatting to the MOT tester, he commented positively on the condition of this one!
Mileage will increase as still being used.
Lots of info there, but happy to answer any reasonable questions.
