Father and son owned. Meticulously looked after. Garaged for 8-9years of its life.

3-5k miles per year.Always serviced annually regardless of mileage! All stamps present.
Huge amount of documentation. First in the UK! Seat even provided my dad with the Press Car as there was a delivery delay! Pictures, magazine cut outs within the folders / car paperwork. It will take you ages to review, piles of paperwork and pictures.

Washed,waxed and polished weekly. Had several visits to the detailers in its life including clay barring and ceramic coatings.

The car is immaculate and been our pride and joy. It’s part of the family and very reluctant sale. Just testing the water as I’m in no rush. The car has to go to the right person that will continue to take care of her. I waited 9yrs for this car so it means a lot lol.

Always used dealer parts,
Always ran on Pirelli PZeros (All 4 wheels have excellent tread) The car will also have 3 spare tyres with alot of tread. Also Pirelli PZeros
The car has only been ran on premium unleaded fuel. Nothing else!
I have attached all photos. It currently has black gloss powdercoated wheels in perfect condition. Two Months old.

Sounds stunning! Gearbox is tight
Never abused or driven reckously. The car has been treated with the upmost respect and rare to find like this.

Stage 1+. Running 300+
lowering springs, really tight handling.

Only issue
Intermittent driver door fault with the central locking.I just use the key but it’s an actuator fault (cost about £15-£20) just a pain taking the door card off. Never bothered me as it works most of the time.
