Sprinter camper van partly finished

2008 ex DHL van with 175k on the clock
Partly converted into a 4bith
Mot runs out the 8th of August24. Can't finish project due to funds for insurance and I haven't got anywhere to park it to complete!

I have been converting this sprinter for my family for few years slowly. we have been using it as iv been building it ( we've tour Wales ) for the last 12 months with no problems.

It's been serviced regularly by my self.
3 part prob shafts replaced also brannew
All d bushes been replaced alos brannew
U bolts been replaced
Around New tyres ( few miles been done )
Some paper work to go with some history from DHL
Bad parts... abs sensor needs replacing on the drivers front
Brakes needs changing thay do work but got a warped disc horrible noise

Ford focus recaro seats very comfortable ( needs a clean) Ford transit double fixed seats in rear with seat belts
Gas bottle fitted with all necessary copper piping ect
Diesel heater good flow of hot air
Fully working oven grill and 3 hobs
Fully working 240v fridge with separate inverter
Fully working cold water electric tap with sink and drainer
Clean water and dirty water butt's
Fully working hot and cold shower ( shower room needs completing )
10l instant hot water boiler ( flume needs fitting )
Lots n lots of storage
2 double beds

4 lights on separate switches
2 massive power safe battery's never had a problem on off grid trips
2 solar panels on van roof ( I think 400w each )
Renogy split charger
Waeco perfect power pp1000 inverter
Aslo 240v hook up
