Ladder 30ft!

Steel 3 tier lander
Around 30ft fully extended and I think about 12ft closed. Has wheels to roll up the wall.
I’ve had this thing for decades and still going strong. Was passed down from my father as he cannot use it anymore.
I have never come across anyone that has ever had one. I’ve also got a 2 tier one, same length closed so roughly 20ft I think
