Cambelt water pump done 40k ago got receipts
Oil changed every 5000 miles

18inch xp2 alloys with Falken tyres all round great tread
New discs pads front rear around 6 months ago
4 springs fitted in the last year as well as bottom arms rear banana arms and drop links and front top mounts
Very clean for age little bit of rust on vitro of drivers side wing and few age related marks but can see how clean it is for year in photos
Pipercross panel filter with original cdti airbox
Xp2 gearknob with vxr badge
Xp2 steering wheel with vxr insert

Bad points

Eml due to egr blanked feel free to scan it
Airbag light on think it’s connector under seats as had them out to do a full clean under seats
Slight crack in windscreen but have been told by two testers it will pass an mot
