2012 Ford S max 86k swap Insignia

Hi, I'm looking to swap my 2012 Ford S Max with 86k miles on the clock and mot'd until 28 Feb 2025. Lovely looking car which drives beautifully.
Everything works as it should including the air con which is ice cold.
After market radio with USB and SatNav although original radio is also included.
Only 86k miles on the clock although sadly the previous owner claimed he lost the original paperwork so no service history. I have myself done a full oil and filter change on the car 2k miles ago though. Clutch is lovely and light, really can't say anything bad about the car. I've owned her for the last 8 months although prior to this it was my wifes car.
There is a crack in the windscreen on passenger side
