2.0 CORSA B GSI REP (PROJECT)

Hi guys, thinking of selling my gsi rep project as I've got too many vehicles, not enough time and lost interest at the moment and wondering how often I'd actually use it anyway given that I have a mk2 astra gte.

So.. it came to me as a 1L with the speedlines (main reason I bought the car) these have been removed and used for my gte so they DO NOT & WILL NOT COME WITH THE CAR.

At the time I had a low mileage 2.0 turbo astra estate sat doing noting so I was going to bang that lump in it but after doing some research decided against it. So I swapped that for a fully running 2.0 x20xev corsa b that was rotting and stripped it bare to use as a donor for this.

It is very much still a project but all the hard work is done!

WORK DONE SO FAR...
• X20 XEV engine cleaned up, painted & mounted.
• gearbox mounted
• shafts mounted
• brakes mounted
• coilovers fitted
• exhaust system mounted
• engine side of wiring loom done
• fully polly bushed front end
• fuel lines done
• radiator mounted and pipe work done

WORK NEEDED TO FINISH...
• wiring loom need feeding through the engine bay into the car & connecting to the ecu & a couple other connectors in the footwell. All plug and play & ecu included.
• water bottle connecting (pipework in place)
• key barrel & transponder swapping over (included)
• wing & font bumper painting
• bootlid is off the donor car as it had got smashed so wants a red one sourcing with a spoiler or paint the black one.
• headlights re-fitting
• gsi frint bumper refitting (included)
• mk2 gsi bonnet vents need re-smoothing, new Aero catches installing (not supplied) & bonnet painted or just buy a cheap red standard bonnet.
• clutch cable connecting (included)
• accelerator cable connecting (included)

And I think that's about it.

Underneath is SOLID, NO WELDING NEEDED!
whilst it was on my ramp and engine out the whole underside and engine bay were de-greased and cleaned.
