**MOT history** last mot failed due to excessive blue smoke was due to fitting a standard exhaust system for emission purposes which had a lot of oil through it due to a blown turbo, exhaust was cleaned which stoped the smoke. My Astra has no mechanical faults**

4 previous owners 1st owner kept for over 10 years!

The previous owner told me that the car had a service book but lost it, fortunately remembered that it was serviced by Courtney Sports.

I made contact with Courtney Sports regarding this particular VXR which has been confirmed that they do indeed hold a service record. I don’t knew how extensive it is though as tried chasing them for a while with no success.

In my ownership the car has had a lot of preventative maintenance/upgrades completed.

All work completed at 68k

Oil and filter replaced

Brake and power steering fluid

Elring head gasket and bolts

Valves cleaned and lapped seats

New Gates power grip timing belt with twin metal idle pulleys

Factory Luk clutch

New front crankshaft seal

All gaskets/seals replaced

Front and rear bushes/ball joints

Gearbox oil serviced with Millers CRX 75w90nt+

Upgraded Victor Reinz valve stem seals/retainer combined

RnD 320bhp remap with lower fan temp settings rear O2 sensor delete hard cut limiter launch control low/high boost from sport button

K06 billet turbo with upgraded internals triple feed thrust bearing enlarged collar staggered piston ring cut back turbine blades ported compressor exhaust manifold and wastegate heat wrapped manifold capable of 360bhp

Turbo smart actuator with 10psi spring

Forge recirc valve

3’’ turbo back decat Piper exhaust system

Forge front mount intercooler with hard chores piping (no longer made)

Enlarged top hat cross over delete with JS performance intake and pro-ram filter

Rear goodridge braided brake lines

19’’ Calibre CC-A alloys in good condition

Red callipers

Boost gauge

Water temp gauge (not wired up)

Rear BCS delete

A/C delete

Cam cover painted in Vauxhall power red with stainless bolts

Stainless throttle body bolts with red anodised washers

Various red silicone hoses

Repainted cylinder block

Rust treated and repainted lower oil sump pan subframe and rear axle

Absolute blast to drive pops and bangs pulls hard in every gear no smoke tapping knocking

Gearbox is solid no play whines or crunching in any gear

Driver side bolster has been repaired

Good condition no rust dry and very clean underneath

Reluctant sale first to drive will buy

Not many Astra VXR left on the road especially black ones (I haven’t seen many) mainly blue or red.
