Astra Turbo swap for BMW

Description:

2007 (07) Vauxhall Astra Sri 200+ version, with the XP kit, not that many of these ones left on the road now,
Only done 90,000 miles and has mot untill 4 August 2025,

In the last month this car has had practically a full engine rebuild including a full coolant and oil flush, inlet manifold cleaned out;

New piston rings & end bearings
New Nevlock valve stem seals
New Nevlock cool running thermostat
New Gates cambelt & waterpump
Head removed and skimmed
New inlet & exhaust studs and nuts
Full head gasket set & bolts
New throttle body gaskets
New oil pump gasket
New crank seal
Both sump gaskets and bolts
New VXR turbo core done 350 miles now
Full turbo fitting kit with new copper washers
Full silicone hose kit
Gearbox oil changed (millers 75/90)
Full service (5/30 oil, new plugs, air filter, pollen filter, coolant 50/50)
New pads & discs front and back
Braided brake hoses
New drop links
Crossover delete
1.9cdti airbox
Boost & temp gauges fitted
Vxr full leather recaro interior
19” snowflake alloys

Car starts, and drives spot on, absolutely no smoke at all on start or tick over or on boost, no play in gear stick and no gearbox noises,

As with all cars there are a couple of bad bits; a couple of marks around the doors to be expected as it’s an 07 plate, and the wheels could do with a refurb.
