MK4 golf GTi 1.8 turbo swap for 4x4

Here's my GTi, had it for the last year and loved it, but don't get to use it to it's full potential, It gets driven daily, but never gets to properly stretch it's legs, so I'm leaving it go .
Has got a tidy amount of modifications..

• "euro spec" headlights
• us spec rear lights
Definitely more I've missed , but it's a decent spec, it's definitely a quick car for the engine it has (AGU) , handles the road well with the Audi TT conversion, really fun .
It's 25 years old so it's not mint, it's got the odd mark but no big dents or anything like that,
Couple of things that it could do with, the gear linkage ends could do with changing, bushes are a bit worn. I'd fit a front mount intercooler and get it mapped again to really take advantage of the bigger turbo. MOT till mid January, Ive serviced it twice in the last year, I had the oil pickup off to clean it out (common problem).
It's had a new starter, window regulator , rear pads and osr caliper , upgraded fuel pump last year by the previous owner
