Here we have a Land Rover Discovery 3 TDV6 GS Rare Manual—a stunning example of British motoring prowess, or at least it will be... once you've given it the TLC it deserves. This beauty has been parked up for a while after a water pump failure, and while we’ve mostly pieced it back together like a jigsaw puzzle, we simply don’t have the time (or patience) to finish the job. That’s where you come in! A perfect project, just waiting for the right enthusiast to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
It starts, it runs, and it sounds sweeter than a choir of angels (well, in a diesel Land Rover kind of way). But, as with any Land Rover, if the dashboard isn’t lit up like a Christmas tree now, just give it time—there’s always room for a few more warning lights. Pro tip: a new battery usually clears most of the gremlins. Brakes, discs, and calipers will probably need some attention, but hey, nothing a weekend and a decent toolkit can’t sort out.
Inside, you’ll find lovely beige cloth seats that have seen a few stories (and probably a bit of mildew). Nothing a good shampoo won’t fix, though! They’ll scrub up nicely, and you'll be cruising in comfort in no time.
