Located on kerfoots caravan park in Towyn.
Up for sale/swapz is our family holiday home that we have owned for the past 7years... it is based in Towyn Rhyl on a very well known site that is just minutes away from all the fun and nightlife that Towyn has to offer!
The van is 6berth having a large double master bedroom with en suite and built in wardrobes, middle room having 2 single beds again with a set of wardrobes and the last being a pull out double bed from the corner sofa in the living room.
As you can see from the photos it has been very well looked after and it is very homely.
The site fees per year are £4400 per year that includes the years water and electricity. However we have already paid next year's fees so nothing to pay for the next 12months.
The decision to let it go has been very hard as we love having this home However with us now having a newborn and recently purchasing a motorhome we have decided to let others enjoy what we have over the years.
The site
This is one of the/if not the quietest and cleanest sites in town, all vans are privately owned so as you can imagine it is all well cared for. Owners do not promote rentals however if you are to do so for your own sake make sure the people that stay there are respectfull of the site and there will be no issues regarding letting it out.
